Thomas Gresham built the Royal Exchange in 1571 so that London's merchants had a place to meet and trade — two sides, business done in the middle. The Gresham keeps the idea in miniature. Three cards to each face, notes folded into the centre, closing flat in the palm.

Cut from smooth top-grain leather, it holds firm at first and eases open with wear, the fold settling to your habit over time.
